Gift Card

Let your loved ones choose their perfect present with the Charles Clinkard Gift Card.

It’s quick, easy to use and you can decide the value, starting from as little as £5. So if you’re giving a little treat or buying that special present, choose a gift card and know you’re giving a gift they’ll love.

You can use our gift cards at Charles Clinkard stores across the country, and when shopping online by popping the gift card number into the discount code field at the checkout.

Please note: Unfortunately our concessions do not have the facility to process gift cards so they cannot be used in these stores.

Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) on orders over £40, as well as to any of our stores and CollectPlus locations, all of which are available options on our basket page. Next day delivery is available on selected products, which is highlighted upon a colour and size being selected. We also offer delivery worldwide (with a few exceptions). For a full price list click here. Orders are normally delivered within 3 - 5 days on standard delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange. You have 365 days to return your product to us, but please ensure your footwear is in its original, unworn condition and within its box.

We do not cover the cost of returns, but we have a handy returns portal you can use to access a reduced-price, fully tracked Royal Mail returns label. Alternatively, you can return to a Charles Clinkard store free of charge.

Please visit our returns page for further information before returning your product to us.
