What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from all credit or debit card (excluding American Express). Alternatively, you can opt to pay using Paypal or Amazon Pay.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a store?

Yes, we offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service whereby you can have your order sent to your local Charles Clinkard store free of charge. Please provide your contact information when using this option, as the store will need to inform you when your order is ready to collect.

 

How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days. We can provide regular updates on the status of your parcel if you provide an email address when placing your order.


How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free standard delivery for all orders within the UK. Or an expedited ‘Express Delivery’ for £2.99 which guarantees dispatch in 2-3 working days.

We also offer ‘Next Day Delivery’ on selected items at a cost of £5.99. Please choose this option before 5pm, to receive your order the following working day. 

 

How do I return an unwanted item?

Providing the product is in its original, unworn condition, you can return your purchase to us within 35 days of the initial payment and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover the postage costs for returning an item to us.

We recommend using a courier such as Royal Mail or Collect+ when sending a parcel back to us. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.

What should I do if I encounter a fault with my purchase?

If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us on 0345 241 7742 or alternatively by emailing help@clinkard.co.uk. We will only make a final comment on a fault once your purchase has been returned to us, but we would advise contacting us in advance for initial advice.  

 

What is a standard/wide fit?

The information below provides only an indication of fit, as many factors influence the fitting of shoes. It is for this reason we provide a 35 day returns period.

If a product does not specify a width within the ‘Overview’, you can assume it is a standard fit.
