www.gaborshoes.co.uk is operated by The Clinkard Group Ltd, which also operates Charles Clinkard and its domain www.charlesclinkard.co.uk. As such, delivery and returns information will reference the Charles Clinkard premises, address and stores.

Delivery

Please be aware of the following when considering delivery of an order:

If you select to pay for your order with a credit or debit card, the payment for your order is not taken until dispatch.

We can only deliver a first time order placed using a credit or debit card to the billing address or to a place of work registered in the business directory. If you wanted to send an order to anywhere else, you will need to pay using Amazon Checkout.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

 Due to the ongoing disruption with carriers across the UK, the last day we are accepting standard delivery orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Thursday 15th December. After this date, we will continue to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days, meaning orders may still be received before Christmas, we are just unable to guarantee it. 

Next day delivery orders placed up until 5pm on Wednesday 21st December, will continue to be dispatched in time for Christmas. 

Standard UK Delivery

We quote a dispatch period of 3-5 working days for standard orders, although most of our orders are despatched a lot sooner. ‘Working day’ means Monday-Friday, and as such we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

We send goods out by Interlink courier or Royal Mail. The delivery services we use, mean delivery of your parcel should be attempted within 2 working day.

Would you like to be updated on your order after dispatch?

If you provide us with a mobile number and email address at the point of placing your order, we can pass this onto the delivery company, so that they can notify you about your delivery.

Postage & packaging costs for standard deliveries within the U.K. are free of charge for all orders.

Express UK Delivery

With express delivery we can guarantee a dispatch window of 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will arrive the following working day with our courier, meaning at the very latest you can be guaranteed your order within 4 working days from placing it. 'Working day' means Monday - Friday, and as such we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays. We will notify you of a 1 hour delivery slot once dispatched, so remember to provide your email address and mobile number at the point of placing your order.

Next Day UK Delivery

Next day delivery is a guaranteed next working day service for orders placed before 3pm.

Any orders placed after that time will be processed as soon as possible, but may be dispatched the next working day. Unfortunately, any orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Next Day delivery is only available on items that we have in our central warehouse. Items that are not in our main warehouse will have to be sourced from elsewhere and will take a little longer to process.

If next day delivery is available, you will be able to select the service at the checkout.

Next day delivery is charged at £5.99 per item and you will need to individually select each item you would like to send on this service at the checkout. If you do not select all items for next day delivery, the remaining products will be delivered via express delivery unless you choose otherwise and these will be delivered separately.

Overseas Delivery

We do deliver overseas and the postage we charge can be found here.

We do deliver to a large list of countries but unfortunately if your country is not listed then we do not currently dispatch there. If you would like more information about why your country does not appear on our list, please email us.

Please note that at the moment we are unable to deliver to Russia.

Orders placed outside of the EU will have any VAT removed at the point of checkout.

Lost Parcels

It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but please take note of the following terms:

We will not be able to enter a claim for lost goods with Royal Mail until:

1. 15 working days has passed (for UK orders)

2. 20 working days has passed (for EU orders, excluding UK)

3. 25 working days has passed (for orders outside the EU)

Returns

Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are more than welcome to return it to us within 365 days of delivery. This is as long as the product has not been worn outside, and is still in the original condition. We do expect items to be returned with the original box and packaging.

We can offer refunds or exchanges on UK orders for products that are unsuitable and are within the 365 days.

We do not pay the postage costs of returns. 

Once we have received your return it can take up to 72 hours before we process your requested refund or exchange. Please allow this time before contacting us about a return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

You may also return items (with a proof of purchase) to one of our stores. PLEASE NOTE our concessions store in Boundary Mills, Colne are unable to accept returns. This is again within 365 days of the order being delivered. You can see you closest store here.

Returns via CollectPlus

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are more than welcome to return it to us within 365 days of delivery. This is as long as the product has not been worn outside, and is still in the original condition. We do expect items to be returned with the original box and packaging.

We can offer exchanges on UK orders for products that are unsuitable.

We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Simply click here to find your nearest CollectPlus drop off location and print off your returns label online. Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of returning items to Charles Clinkard.

Returns Conditions

Please note the following when returning a product:

The Distance Selling Regulations apply so that you may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. Please note however that any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally despatched will not be refunded.

Please ensure your name and address details are clearly visible on the return so that we know who has returned the order.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements including the product name, size, colour and barcode if possible.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we cannot take responsibility for a parcel until we have received it.

All shoe care products are non-returnable.
