We know that having shoes fitted can be a daunting concept for children on the autism spectrum and we want to do all that we can to make sure that every child can feel comfortable while visiting our stores. We’ve partnered with charity Daisy Chain to make sure that all of our children’s fitting team are trained and autism aware.
How Can We Support You During Your Visit?
Before your appointment you can contact any of our stores directly to arrange for any of the following during your visit:
• Providing sensory packs
• Dimming of the store lights
• Turning off any in-store video screens
• Arranging a store quiet time
We can also keep your preferences on file so that we have it to hand before your next visit.
