Our returns policy is 35 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange. We appreciate that Christmas gifts are not always suitable - so we will extend our returns window for items purchased as Christmas gifts. If you have bought shoes from us as a Christmas gift, you have either 2 weeks from Christmas Day to return your purchase to us or 35 days from the date of delivery, whichever gives you the longest returns window.
