Description

Gabor have taken a traditional ballerina silhouette and made it even more elegant (if that's even possible)- their Petunia women's pumps are crafted in classic navy or black leather brought to life with an understated shiny all-over dot print. Hi shine patent heels and toes dress up the smart-casual pair, which are finished with elasticated top lines for a secure and personalised fit. Even sockless feet feel the benefit of their cosy cotton linings and smooth leather insoles, a solid foundation of grip inducing PU shaped in a low wedge for an ultra practical, feminine boost in height.

Can I have my order delivered to a store?

Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service whereby you can have your order sent to your local Charles Clinkard store free of charge. Please provide your contact information when using this option, as the store will need to inform you when your order is ready to collect.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Providing the product is in its original, unworn condition, you can return your purchase to us within 365 days of the initial payment and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover the postage costs for returning an item to us.

We recommend using a courier such as Royal Mail or Collect+ when sending a parcel back to us. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.

Please return any unwanted items to:

What should I do if I encounter a fault with my purchase?

If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us on 0345 241 7742 or alternatively by emailing help@clinkard.co.uk. We will only make a final comment on a fault once your purchase has been returned to us, but we would advise contacting us in advance for initial advice.

What is a standard/wide fit?

The information below provides only an indication of fit, as many factors influence the fitting of shoes. It is for this reason we provide a 365 day returns period.

If a product does not specify a width within the 'Overview', you can assume it is a standard fit.
