Staying In Touch
Our Customer Services team are currently working from home, but as always, they’re on hand to help. You can get in touch with our team by calling 0330 005 0230 or emailing us via email@example.com.
To take away some of the stress during this uncertain time, we’ve extended our returns policy from 35 days to 365 days for any unworn products. Our usual returns policy rules apply to this extended period, but we hope this helps to make things a little easier.
Protecting Our Team
As always, the wellbeing of our staff and customers remains our number one priority. For this reason, we’ve introduced additional measures within our warehouse to keep everyone safe and help minimise the spread.
We’re running on a skeleton staff basis, which enables the team to safely work insolation from one another. Our staff are closely following government advice regarding hygiene, and are frequently given breaks throughout the day to wash their hands. Our housekeeping team have increased the frequency of cleaning within the building, ensuring that high-useage areas within our warehouse are regularly disinfected.
Making Deliveries Safe
We use Royal Mail or DPD for our deliveries, who have both introduced temporary social distancing measures to protect our customers and their drivers. A customer signature will not be required to confirm delivery and if you are in your property, they will deliver to your doorstep and verify delivery via other means. You can also request your parcel to be left in a safe place, by specifying this in the customer instructions field at our checkout.
Our parcel collections are made from a non-staffed area of the warehouse so there’s no face to face contact between our carrier and our team, to protect both parties.
