Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service whereby you can have your order sent to your local Charles Clinkard store free of charge. Please provide your contact information when using this option, as the store will need to inform you when your order is ready to collect.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days. We can provide regular updates on the status of your parcel if you provide an email address when placing your order.

We offer free standard delivery for all orders within the UK. Or an expedited 'Express Delivery' for £2.99 which guarantees dispatch in 2-3 working days.

We also offer 'Next Day Delivery' on selected items at a cost of £5.99. Please choose this option before 5pm, to receive your order the following working day.

Providing the product is in its original, unworn condition, you can return your purchase to us within 365 days of the initial payment and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover the postage costs for returning an item to us.

We recommend using a courier such as Royal Mail or Collect+ when sending a parcel back to us. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.
